Binghatti Sells Nearly 12,000 Units in 2025

Binghatti Holding Ltd., one of the leading real estate developers in the UAE, announced record-breaking results for 2025. The company launched 13 new projects and sold approximately 12,000 residential units across Dubai, generating a total sales value of Dh12.28 billion.

Market Leadership in Affordable Luxury

According to DXB Interact data, Binghatti dominated the market in the sub-Dh2 million category, achieving the highest unit sales volume. The company’s new developments collectively include more than 8,200 residential units, covering over 6.2 million square feet of sellable area.

Property Monitor statistics also revealed that Binghatti completed seven projects this year—representing more than 20% of all new developments delivered in Dubai so far in 2025.

New Iconic Projects: Flare 01 and Flare 02

A highlight of the year was the July 25 launch of Flare 01 and Flare 02, two distinctive residential towers located in Jumeirah Village Triangle. Within just 90 days of simultaneous launch events held in Dubai and Egypt, nearly 95% of all units were sold.

Flare 01 comprises 844 units with a gross development value (GDV) of Dh1.24 billion and a sellable area of 746,386 square feet. Flare 02 features 613 units valued at Dh915 million, spanning 539,812 square feet.
