Contract Award and Purpose

Arada has awarded a AED 60 million contract to Intermass Engineering for the construction of Masaar Central—a new retail, dining, and wellness hub located in the heart of the Masaar community in Sharjah.

Timeline

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, aligning with the final stages of Masaar’s overall development.

Masaar Central will span 53,000 square feet of leasable space, including:

  • Carrefour supermarket
  • Wellfit gym
  • Bright Star RGS nursery
  • Various restaurants and wellness outlets

Developer’s Vision

According to Arada, Masaar Central will be the social and commercial core of the community, offering high-quality amenities in a green, walkable environment. Over 1,500 homes have already been delivered, with the rest of the master plan progressing steadily.
